This policy explains the technologies used to operate, measure and support Seeksail’s websites and how you can control optional uses.

What this policy covers
This policy covers cookies, browser storage, pixels, tags, scripts and similar technologies on guide.seeksail.com and seeksail.com. The exact names and durations can change when browsers or providers update their services. We therefore describe the current technology categories, purposes and expected controls, and periodically verify them against the production tag configuration.
Essential website functions
Strictly necessary and functional technologies remember consent choices, protect forms, prevent abuse, maintain sessions and deliver requested website features. They may include Framer infrastructure and consent storage, security tools and form-delivery functions. Because these are needed to provide the website or a feature you request, they may operate without optional-consent permission, but they should not be repurposed for advertising.
Framer analytics and forms
Framer hosts guide.seeksail.com and provides forms, consent-banner functions, delivery and security. The site stores your consent choice in the browser so the banner can remember it. Framer or its infrastructure providers may process IP address, browser, device and request information needed to deliver and secure the site. Framer’s own product analytics and any optional site analytics must follow the consent category in which they are configured.
Google Analytics and tag management
Google Tag Manager loads and controls configured tags; it does not by itself decide their purpose. Google Analytics 4 measures visits, content use and conversions. Common GA4 browser identifiers can include _ga and a property-specific _ga identifier, often configured for up to two years, and shorter-lived session or campaign storage. Google Ads tags may measure conversions or support audiences and personalised advertising. On guide.seeksail.com these optional Google technologies are configured to remain denied until the relevant consent is given where required. Configuration and retention should be checked whenever the GTM container changes.
Brevo CRM, communications and chat
Brevo receives Framer enquiries into Seeksail’s CRM and supports email, communications and the current website chat. Information you actively submit in a form or chat is processed to answer your request and is not merely cookie data. Brevo tracking or chat scripts may also use browser identifiers and page or interaction data; optional tracking should remain blocked until the relevant consent is given where required. A future move to another chat provider will be added here before deployment.
Advertising, security and other current technologies
The current tag environment may include Google Ads conversion or audience measurement, Pinterest measurement, Pipedrive website tracking and Google reCAPTCHA, in addition to the services above. Advertising and visitor-measurement tags are non-essential and should not fire before the applicable advertising or analytics consent. reCAPTCHA may process technical information for spam and abuse prevention and should be limited to that security purpose. Awin/DWIN tracking is not used and has been removed. Unused Pinterest or other tags should be disabled until their purpose, consent category and data use are documented.
Your choices and how to change them
You can accept, reject or customise optional technologies in the consent banner. Rejecting optional technologies does not prevent access to ordinary website content or the enquiry form. To make the banner appear again before a permanent preference control is available, clear this site’s cookies and local storage in your browser. You may also use browser controls or provider opt-out tools. Contact contact@seeksail.com if you cannot change a preference.
External booking, payment and affiliate websites
Booking Manager, charter-operator pages, Stripe-hosted payment pages, Wise, banks, insurers, transfer providers, provisioning services and affiliate destinations operate their own websites and may set technologies under their own notices. Those technologies are not controlled by the guide.seeksail.com banner after you leave the Seeksail site. Review the provider’s privacy and cookie information before completing a transaction.
